Join an Essentrics Class

I teach two types of classes. The regular Stretch & Strength classes are suitable for intermediate level of fitness. The Gentle Stretch or Aging Backwards class is more beginner level and has a slower more relaxed pace. See below for additional details on Gentle Stretch.

I offer private or private group classes. Corporate classes are also available if you would like to introduce Essentrics to your workplace.

Class lengths can vary: 30 / 35 / 45 / 55 / 60 minutes

Gentle Stretch / Aging Backwards

Gentle Stretch is a class for people who are a) starting to exercise after a long sedentary period, b) are recovering from injuries, c) are in pain or suffer from chronic conditions, or d) are looking for a more gentle "workout". The pace is slower, with less intensity and more of a beginner type class. The focus is on full-body mobility and strength, liberating stiff joints, relieving chronic aches and pains, as well as improving overall health & wellbeing.
